Emma is wonderful and have been coming to her for years. My dog always comes out happy and looking/smelling beautiful. Emma is so experienced, even with scared or aggressive dogs, would 100% recommend!

Been going here with my various dogs for nearly eighteen years! Emma and her team are the most friendly and accomodating people you will ever meet. My latest little boy (14 weeks) has just started going for puppy pamper sessions with Laura to get him used to being there 🙂

At the other end of the spectrum they were so good with Ralphy when he developed various issues that made grooming very challenging, and the patience and care they showed him was beyond anything I could have hoped for. One of his issues was a badly infected eye which had to be cleaned with medication prescribed by the vet. Despite this requiring two staff and extra time Emma only charged me for a standard groom.

It is also reassuring how much care they put into keeping the dogs safe and secure. All the dogs are kept separate from one another and safely handled into the parlour.

I have no hesitation in recommending K9Crazy to anyone.
